CNC Mill Job Setup

Having a small CNC manufacturing facility has a lot of critical sides. One of the biggest scare is on the employee side. What if your setup guy leaves ??!! He protected his precious knowledge and did not want to share everything with others.
Many attempts have failed to reduce the risk. So we wrote some software to take over. The results were astonishing.
Now not only all the machine operators can set up jobs we ran before, but the setup time was reduced to a fraction of what it was and the possibility of errors have been greatly reduced.
We are now making this software available to the public free of charge.
There are many tutorials on line and I like to hear some opinions an have a discussion with others in the same situation of managing a small facility. The tutorials can be found at:
